Plato
The source code and object code of the PLATO software for
cluster analysis may be downloaded as a tar archive file.
If double-clicking the file does not expand it, type this in the Mac OS X
Terminal or UNIX command line after changing the directory:
gnutar
-pxf plato.tar
If that also fails, ask David Bickel to send the
software by e-mail. PLATO is compatible with Windows, UNIX, Linux, and
Macintosh operating systems.
PLATO is described in D. R. Bickel (2003) "Robust
cluster analysis of microarray gene expression data with the number of clusters
determined biologically," Bioinformatics 19, 818-824.
